The new high–static pressure TCRH Series features an innovative structural design that overcomes the height limitations of conventional pre-cooling air handling units. With an overall height of only 364.5 mm, it is suitable for a wide range of applications. Equipped with powerful, original imported fan assemblies, the unit delivers outstanding performance even under an external static pressure of 20 mmAq.

 

Product Features

Fan: Utilizes a large fan wheel with a diameter of 180 mm, making it ideal for applications requiring high static pressure and extremely large airflow.

Motor: All models in this series are equipped with high-efficiency, low-vibration motors, ensuring smooth operation and long service life.

Coil: Adopts a 4 ROW × 12 FIN/IN slit-type fin coil design.

  • Low-Noise Design: The entire series features a low-noise design, using original Japanese forward-curved, multi-blade, centrifugal double-inlet fans. Dynamic and static balancing ensures energy savings, high efficiency, and low noise levels.

  • Robust Structure: Designed to the new JIS standards, offering a sturdy structure, compact size, superior performance, and extended service life.

  • High-Efficiency Fins: Uses Shinwa-designed slit-type aluminum fins, combined with precision mechanical tube expansion to ensure perfect bonding between copper tubes and aluminum fins for optimal heat transfer efficiency. Corrosion-resistant aluminum fins are available as an option.

  • Durable Casing and Drain Pan: Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel sheets with precision processing for an attractive appearance and exceptional durability. The drain pan is anti-corrosion treated and externally insulated with 6 mm thick PE foam insulation for excellent thermal insulation performance.

  • Ultra-High Static Pressure & Large Airflow: Designed for large spaces or for use in fresh air pre-cooling applications.

  • Quality Assurance: Manufactured under the ISO quality assurance system, with 100% high-pressure air leakage testing and operational testing to ensure reliable and superior quality.

  • System Compatibility: Compatible with various chiller systems. Easy to hoist, install, and service, with low maintenance costs.

Description:

  1. Three-phase models operate at single speed (high speed). The applicable operating range is an external static pressure of 10–15 mmAq.

  2. Single-phase models operate at two speeds.

    • High speed: applicable for external static pressure of 10–15 mmAq.

    • Low speed: applicable for external static pressure of 5–10 mmAq.
